Automatic Balance Checks
We periodically check your account balance to ensure you’re on the correct subscription tier. If your balance exceeds the limit for your current plan, you’ll receive an email or in-app notification prompting you to upgrade within a grace period (e.g., 5–7 days).
Seamless Plan Upgrade
Monthly Subscribers:
Your new plan starts immediately. You’ll be billed at the higher plan’s rate on your next monthly billing date (or pay a pro-rated amount if you upgrade mid-billing-cycle).
Yearly Subscribers:
If you paid annually, we offer a pro-rated credit for the unused portion of your old plan, which is applied toward the cost of the new plan. This way, you only pay the difference for the remaining months in the year.
Grace Period to Upgrade
You can temporarily remain on your current plan until the grace period ends. Afterward, trades may be paused or restricted unless you switch to the appropriate plan.
